argan oil - Forest People Argan oil is a great moisturiser, that maintains hydration and elasticity all day long. It is firming, regenerating and restructuring. It also has healing and protective properties. It is a real weapon to fight against the effects of ageing, and favours the synthesis of prostaglandins. With its very fine molecular structure, argan oil is one of the rare oils in the world (only 4 or 5) who can penetrate the second layer of the epidermis. It is antioxidant. Argan oil contains a sterol: schottenol, that gives the oil its repairing and regenerating action on the skin in case of burns, stretch marks or dermatosis. With 80% unsaturated fatty acids, rich in vitamin E, argan oil is listed among the best antioxidants, effective in internal use as well as external use. More and more known in France, though it is rare, we are even more careful as to the quality and manufacturing process of our oil.
